Eric Palles has diverse experience in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His civil representation includes breach of contract, business tort, employment, municipal liability, insolvency, property damage and personal injury litigation. Eric has also handled federal and state felony cases, state post-conviction remedies and federal habeas corpus proceedings.

Eric has counseled companies concerning regulatory, legislative, and risk management issues and managed a broad litigation portfolio that includes securities class actions, multi-district products liability, patent and trademark, employment, and zoning matters.

Eric is a graduate of Washington University (St. Louis) School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of its Law Quarterly. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
